Every account starts with 5 BuildBux free, and 5 is what a build costs — so your first invention is on us. Being told how to build it costs nothing: the parts list, the instructions, the 1-click Amazon cart and the 3D file are all free on a build you made.

Every plan button on this page joins a list. Nothing is charged, no card details are asked for or stored, and no subscription starts today. When payments open we email you first, and you confirm the price and add a card at that point.
Why we haven't switched them on
Taking money is the easy half. The half that has to work first is leaving: one-step cancellation, a renewal email before every charge with a working cancel link in it, and a refund path for anything charged in error. Those are wired but not finished, and switching on a checkout before they are is how a small site ends up with angry buyers it cannot help.
So the order is deliberate. The list is the honest version of a buy button until the rest of it is true — and the number of people on it is genuinely what decides when payments go live.
Paid plans design on Claude Opus 5 once they open; until then every build runs on the free engines. A paying account is never quietly moved to a cheaper model to protect our costs. The moment a plan gets worse to save us money, the plan is a lie.
Free accounts build on Nemotron 3 Ultra and Kimi K3, asked at the same time so you get whichever answers first. Both are genuinely good, and that is the reason the free tier is worth using at all.

What happens to your BuildBux at the end of the month
- Free accounts — if your balance is under 5 when a new month starts, we top it back up to 5. It is a top-up to a floor, not 5 added on top, so a free balance cannot be stacked month after month.
- Starter and Starter + — that month's BuildBux are for that month. They do not roll over. The moment your next payment succeeds, the new month's BuildBux replace your balance instead of being added to it.
- Pro and Pro Builder + — unused BuildBux roll over while the subscription is active, so a month you barely build is not a month you wasted. This is the main reason to be on Pro rather than Starter +, and it is why Pro costs slightly more per BuildBux.
- We warn you first. On Starter and Starter +, if you are holding unused BuildBux we email you about ten days before they are replaced, with the date and the number. Nothing disappears without notice, and nothing is replaced unless a payment actually succeeded — a declined card never costs you BuildBux.
- If you cancel — you keep the rest of the month you paid for, and you keep the BuildBux already in your account after that too. Cancelling does not empty your balance. The plan's perks stop; the credit stays and you can spend it as a free account. Set out in section 2c of the Terms.
Before you join a plan list
Every plan above is a monthly subscription, not a one-time pack. When payments open, your method is charged the plan price on the day you start and then the same amount on the same date every month, automatically, with no end date, until you cancel. Prices are in US dollars and exclude any tax that applies.
Cancelling takes one step and we never make it awkward — no phone call, no retention offers, no explaining yourself. Cancel and you keep everything you already paid for through to the end of that month. There are no partial-month refunds. Full detail in section 2c of the Terms.
PAY AS YOU GO — BUILT, NOT SWITCHED ON
For the maker who runs twenty small edits in an afternoon. A flat 5 BuildBux a build is the right price for a build and the wrong price for a tweak. Metered pricing bills what the work actually used, at cost, instead of a flat rate — and it is opt-in, off by default, and never turns itself on.

There is no button here on purpose. The code is written and the switch is off. We are not putting a control on this page until it can actually take a payment — that is exactly the thing this page just stopped doing. It opens after subscriptions do, and everyone on a plan list gets the email.
EVERY PLAN, SIDE BY SIDE
Free accounts get 5 BuildBux to start and 5 more at the top of each month if the balance has run down — the monthly free credit tops your balance up to 5, it does not add 5 on top.
Two things you may have seen advertised here before and will not see now: featured placement in the Market and a Pro Builder badge. Neither is switched on. The Market lists every published build newest first, with no plan-based promotion of any kind, and no listing carries a plan badge. They were on the Pro Builder + card and they should not have been, because nobody paying for that plan was receiving them. If we ever build them, they go back on this page and into the Terms on the same day.
Cancelling is one step. Here it is.
We are showing you the exit before you walk in, because a plan you can leave in ten seconds is a plan worth starting.
- 1. Email GadgetUpSupport@gmail.com from your account address with the word CANCEL — or tap the cancel link in any renewal email.
- 2. We act on it within 2 business days, and anything we get at least 48 hours before your renewal date stops that renewal.
- 3. You get a confirmation email, you keep the rest of the month you paid for, and no further charge is ever made.
No cancellation fee. No survey. No "are you sure" maze. If a charge ever looks wrong, email us within 60 days and we refund anything charged in error.

WHAT THEY COST
You pay to make it, not to be told how to build it. Browsing, the 3D preview and the gallery are always free. Bench Chat is the one metered thing here, and it counts only the seconds the model is actually thinking — reading, typing and idle time are free, part-periods are rounded down in your favour, and it can never take you below zero.
HOW TO EARN THEM FREE
Publish one build people actually buy and it pays for the next one. That is the whole reason the Market exists: 2 of the 4 BuildBux a buyer spends goes straight to the person who designed it.
